UK reports 60,916 new COVID-19 cases, 830 deaths

LONDON: The United Kingdom recorded 60,916 new COVID-19 cases on Tuesday and 830 deaths within 28 days of a positive test for the virus, according to official data.
Monday’s data had shown 58,784 new coronavirus infections and 407 deaths.
